I don't know.  ZuWo asked for the Liberal Party's endorsement, right?  It never hurts to ask. Tongue

Well, if the party endorses you, I'll retire. I'm pretty sure it's standard policy to support your party's candidate in a race. That's some cheek you have.

Also is there a headcount of how many people are full party members vs. just caucus members?

According to my count there are ten party members (Duke, Cincinnatus, Tmth, Spamage, Nix, Simfan, Oakvale, Ben, Miles, & Cathcon) & seven caucus members (20RP12, Goldwater,
True Federalist, Mr. X, PiT, SJoyceFla, & Alfred). Interestingly, the caucus seem to fairly balanced among all parties, with two Whig members, two Liberal members, two Imperial Bloc members, & one Labor member,

By my count we have 1 current Senator, two current Governors, a cabinet member, multiple legislators, and former officeholders as well.  Pretty impressive.

Okay, so I think three positions for leadership are what I would like to see. Chairman, vice chairman and a secretary.

Chairman - oversees everything, everyone reports to him.
Vice Chair - focuses on the GOTV effort and is heavily involved in recruiting
Secretary - keeps Wiki and bylaws updated.

I think three is all the positions we really need, as I feel more just makes things complicated and communication and message will get mixed up, but that is merely my opinion.

Also, I will be preparing the bylaws for us to begin discussing and ratifying as soon as possible.

Am I correct in stating this is a generally centrist party (I'm in the midst of making a wiki article) also which image will be our logo.... is pink our color (basing it off of what griffgraph used) and should Glory to the People; Today, Tomorrow, Forever! be our slogan?

Yes. And pink is a fine color, perhaps we should all design something as our logo and see which we all like most... and go from there. That sounds like a catchy slogan.. but let's sleep on it before we go with anything else.

Tomorrow we need to have formal declarations for the Chair, Vice Chair and Secretary positions. I have written bylaws for our elections, but we will need to decide how to handle reelection - whether we do the approval system or have outright elections each time. So much to do still! But I have to get some sleep for class tomorrow.

Okay guys. We need to begin the selection of our leadership core.

That is for national positions so far. We need to discuss if we want to do the approval system for reelection of our officers or have full blown elections every 4 months, and I would like to set up regional chairs as we (hopefully) grow.

I have no objections to approval.  I do however have serious qualms with that ugly pink on our logo.

I prefer the approval system, as well as having regional chairs.

I agree, but regional chairs should be appointed by the Vice-Chair as he's directly responsible for GOTV efforts.
