I would call you a Pro-Civil Rights Conservative, because you support legislation such as the 1964 Civil Rights Act but seem to be conservative in all other social, economic, & foreign policy issues.

I think Everett Dirksen would be a comparable character.

Being conservative may not have meant supporting civil rights in the 60s, but it certainly doesn't mean being against them now.
