http://wfirnews.com/local-news/roanoke-college-poll-obama-kaine-widen-virginia-leads

Obama: 47%
Romney: 39%

Kaine leads by 10% in the Senate race.

Maybe a bit much but I'm sure Obama and Kaine are still leading.

Seems way too high, but shows Obama is still probably up in Virginia. But can't be ignored either, since Washington Post, NBC and someone else also had Obama up 6 to 8 points over past two weeks.

I'd almost believe this if it weren't for the fact they have Kaine up by 10, which I don't see possible.

As noted in another thread in which the same comment was made, it suggests heavily that the GOP is currently hemorrhaging leaners, who would prefer to call themselves I's. The idea that "true" independents could favor Romney by 13 AND that Obama could have a commanding lead is purely illogical and inconsistent.

More and more right leaning people who identify themselves as moderate and would even vote for Romney, just dont want to be associated with the Republican party. It is a problem. To blame it on the pollsters is kind of sad.  While hacks continue to blame the refs, I'm sure Karl Rove and GOP party people recognize they have an image problem.
