West was criminally charged with violating the UCMJ, found guilty of 3 counts of aggrivated assault, and relieved of his command, yes. Final army report says he performed illegal acts, merited court martial, and faced 11 years in prison, yes. This is what you get if you Google Allen West and click on his Wikipedia page, not exactly groundbreaking stuff.

What about Walsh vs. Duckworth?

Duckworth is a good candidate. Murphy's preferable because he's not a war criminal, but he's actually pretty terrible.
