last month Romney's campaign made it clear that his replacement plan would not cover pre-existing conditions for those who didn't have continuous coverage. He just blatantly lied

Romney seems actually excited to be there and discuss the ideas. Part of what swept Obama into office in 2008 was his passion and optimism. It's lacking tonight.

We're going to see a small bump out of this for Romney. The momentum shifted a bit in his direction, which was what he needed. He can keep building from there.

Healthcare seemed really bad for Obama.  Shares for Romney on Intrade and IEM went up fairly quickly after that.
