Hey guys, I haven't been active around these parts for... years! Wow, it's really been a long time. I'd like to let it be known, however, that I am currently formulating ideas for another timeline. I have a tendency to start projects and leave them unfinished. However, I have been planning this one out for a while now, and have a couple drafts of the first few chapters.

If you aren't familiar with my prior work, I am the author of Vive Le Hughes and the progenitor of Death of a Nation. The latter of which is still alive and thriving under new authorship.

My next work will be a revised rendition of Vive Le Hughes, and it will likely operate under a new name. The basic POD will be the same, however, there are quite a few things to expect:

  • A greater focus on domestic policy. The previous work concentrated mainly on foreign affairs, and neglected policy changes.
  • A return to "textbook" format. I'm admittedly a fan of the date format, but I feel that it stifles writing the story, and leads to less interest.
  • A greater focus on cultural and technological changes. Babe Ruth, for example, may not play for the Yankees.

So yeah. This may seem like a bit of an advertisement, and it is, but I want it to be known that I haven't forgotten about this place. Why January? Well, it's after all of my applications are submitted, and I'll finally be free to write because I'll likely lose some interest in schoolwork.

(You may bump this in three months to remind me, but I won't forget!)
