The Central Committee of Reality Or Nothing met today at the Party's headquarters (which may or may not be a small room above a chippie in Caernarfon) and agreed the following statement:

1. Reality Or Nothing declares an unconditional ceasefire and intends to pursue purely political and democratic programmes through exclusively peaceful means. A process of decommissioning is not necessary as the Party no longer has access to meaningful stocks of weaponry owing to a need to pay bills, rent and other assorted geegaws.

2. The Party's founder and General Secretary For Life, Al Widdershins, intends to return to Atlasia shortly in order to pursue these purely political and politically pure democratic and purely democratically programmatic programmes. Comrade Widdershins has been given certain guarantees by senior officials and expects promises to be kept.

3. The goals of Reality Or Nothing remain unchanged - it is the ambition of R.O.N. to bring down the state and introduce a state of Reality. This will, however, now be done via democratic, peaceful, non-violent and totally legal means.
