Akin must have meant fraudulent abortions (you just cut the mother open, and sew her back up, or whatever). If he is aware of any, he should report it/them, and get the doc(s) de-licensed and prosecuted for fraud and mayhem. The odds that he actually is aware of any, are about as high as Gary Johnson will be our next President.
