sitcom on FX.  about several men (and one of the men's wives who is a bit of a 'one of the guys' type, but very very hot) engaged in a fantasy football league, and their adventures.  is partially improv'd, according to Wikipedia, which I find interesting.  great characterization.  I was skeptical at first, figuring it would be cheap humor, but it's not at all.  they aren't above vulgarity (it is TV-MA, iirc) but never just vulgar for the sake of being vulgar.

It's a great show. I've been watching it for several seasons now.

Yep, great show.  I discovered it last year on Netflix.

Netflix is thepiratebay for adults.  tap your inner Dude Ranch, drop the subscription, and .torrent.

Can't I do both?  and to be fair, the only reason we have a subscription is to burn DVDs Wink

Netflix is much more convenient that bittorrent.

But yeah, The League is very good. Not as good as its compatriots Archer and It's Always Sunny, but still good.

It's Always Sunny... doesn't do it for me.

I haven't seen this, but Nick Kroll's been in almost everything that I've liked at some point.

wow I just found out that 1) Kate Aselton and Mark Duplass are married and 2) Mark Duplass was an important figure in the mumblecore movement.  awesome.

just watched the Season 4 premiere.  not very good.  the fame has gotten to them: a ton of cameos by NFL figures detract from the storyline, which has on its own drifted into absurdity
