Reactions from two of the other main pollsters: somewhat amusingly, the one that reads like a serious press release and the one that reads like a Forum post are kind of the reverse of what you'd expect from the pollsters' usual public images.

So far, his ground game is nonexistent in PA (I can't speak for VA).  The campaign robocalled me to work for him.

So are you going to sign up? You could be a double agent, working inside the Obama campaign to recruit voters for Romney. Not that it matters, since Obama will win PA by at least 5% or more.

No, I've been making calls for Romney.  Smiley

It seems to be a weak ground game this year.

PA is just not in the swing of things this year. But 2016 I expect it to be a true battleground again.

In the end Obama will win VA by 3-5 points, Romney will win NC by 1-6 points, and FL is a tossup.

I am fairly certain Obama will win Virginia. The growth in No-VA over the last 4 years is mostly in the demographic groups favorable to Obama. This is where the ground game comes into play and it should add a couple points to his margin.

The growth in northern Virgina isn't a panacea for dems/Obama.  (I realize the 'party of government employes against America' has an advantage with gov employees)  Many/most of the people are from the midwest and will just as easily vote for a centrist Republican as a leftist democrat.  They are different than the rest of Virginia, but they aren't Vermonters or anything.
