I'm not sure if it is Energy and Natural Resources, Environment and Public Works, or that one committee chaired by Rockefeller whose name escapes me.

It seems that all three of those senate committees could be the equivalent of either the Natural Resources, Transporation and Infrastructure or Energy and Commerce committees.
