I am hoping for a Biden win, but a Ryan win would pretty much guarantee a midnight calling of the election.  I want this thing to go as late as possible into Wednesday morning with an Obama victory halfway between midnight and Sunrise Wednesday!

Yeah.  A major screw-up from either of them can hurt their campaigns, but it'd have to be pretty bad for it to reflect on their running mates.

The key to this is whether Biden responds to what Ryan is saying or just moves onto the next segment. The next key is whether he gets the last word on the next segment.
