Regarding the poll, I can't say it's unaccurate because democrats underpoll in NV, but it's an internal.

This is arguably the most confusing Senate race of the cycle as Nevada's shifting demographics make it very hard to get reliable polling.  We certainly received a major surprise here in 2010.  The reports I've read about Berkley's campaign are lukewarm and she has an ethics investigation hanging over her head.  And yet ... the Democratic registration advantage in Clark County and Berkley's better position with Latinos cannot be overlooked.
