Do you think this would jump Obama's number up? I've thought about this a lot wondering if the whole bin Laden killing (which happened on May 1, 2011) happened today, it would jump his poll numbers perhaps through the roof. Don't you think?

No. Obama's approval didn't get much of a bump at the time. 47% of the people will not support the prez no matter what. Even if he singlehandedly cured AIDS, cancer, and the Middle East clusterInks, the GOP would be still up in arms about the war on Christmas and Obama's birth certificate.
