Sorry people but,

I think Obama will get a 4+ or +6 because here in my town some old fogeys were gonna vote for Romney but after last night they are swinging to Obama because Romney "Screwed up big time".

It seems my "shameless" prediction is looking pretty good.

Oct 16, 2012:

Romney 47.4
Obama 47.0

Oct 23, 2012:

Romney 47.9
Obama 47.2

Hehehe.

I told you all he'd probably not get much of a bounce... Obama stopped the bleeding but the damage was done after the first debate. There was really no coming back from that. Doesn't mean he won't win the election though.

Romney surging on Intrade. It's clear who has the momentum here.

Yup, so true. People are starting to clue into the fact that d+9 turnout isn't happening in Ohio this year (which is how you get a tied poll result) and with that realization, Obama's chances become much much smaller. Now there's some serious talk of how obama could win without Ohio. Not a good sign at this stage in the race.
