Aye - Not how I would prefer this be done, but I will go along for this ride. At the end of the day, it comes down ot the Vice President and his "availability" regardless of whne we do this and nothing in this Resolution has altered that variable to a large enough extent.

Abstain (0):
Didn't Vote (3): Franzl, Marokai Blue and sbane (WTF PEOPLE?!!!)
Vacant Seats (2): Bacon King and NVTownsend.
With 5/8's of the Senate having voted in the affirmative and none having voted in the negative this has now been passed.
