Actually, the candidates will be seated together like the Vice Presidential Debate.  There won't be two podiums.

Where did you hear that?

I saw the stage on CNN this morning.  The journalist that was reporting on it said as much, as well.

Interesting. I wasn't expecting that.

So who else is going to take the plunge with me and put their final map tonight right after the debate?

Not me. lol. I probably won't have a final map done until the day before the election.

A debate on social issues would have been nice. It also probably would have helped Obama out a bit.

Recent polls showing Obama losing in Maine CD-2, Pennsylvania, Minnesota and in serious trouble in Oregon, Georgia and Michigan

I hate to echo JJ but "huh?"

Obama is going to win this one, guys. He's pounding Mittens quite nicely. I don't think it'll really impact the race too much overall though.

I think non-politically inclined types may have shut this debate off already. Obama is clearly winning on style and substance but it's not going to matter if nobody watches it...

I'm enjoying it personally though.

Obama given over an 85% chance to win the CNN Poll on Intrade now.

Mitt sort of looks like he wants to get out of there. lol.

Mitt Romney is SO lucky that foreign policy isn't dominating this campaign. This is a blowout.

It's a draw, which is bad for Obama.

It's not a draw. The instapolls are likely to come back with pretty large wins for Obama.

I'll take a lead in the polls over a lead in the instapolls.

Well, neither candidate has that right now.

CBS News ‏@CBSNews

Holy crap, that's bigger than the margin that Romney got in the first debate in this poll!

Even Ari Flesicher admitted that Obama won this one.

James Carville is calling it a complete blowout win for Obama.

Where's the evidence that republicans watch the debate more CNN?

They said the sample was especially R-friendly tonight on the air. Still waiting to see how Republican...

The CNN sample must have been incredibly Republican.
