PACIFIC COUNCIL AMENDMENT
1.   The Pacific Council is the Supreme Congress of the Pacific Region. Members will be known as Councilors and will be elected to two month terms, in December, February,  April, June, August, and October, and the Election will take place on the 5th through the 8th of those Months, and they will be sworn in the next day
2.   The number of seats on the council is proportional to the population. There will be one seat for every 6 citizens. The number of seats may change every election cycle, and the number of seats will be determined by the population 7 days before the election.
3.   The Council will elect a Speaker, and are also permitted to create Caucuses and have Party Leaders.
4.   At inauguration day, the Governor is required to make a “State of the Region” speech to the Council that must be 1 post long. Their shall be a New Thread every time there is a New Session, a general discussion and Legislation introduction page, and it shall be started by the Governor. The old Session threads may not be deleted, but they shall be locked and archived. There will also be new threads for every bill, introduced by the Speaker of the Council.
5.   Members of the Pacific Council may propose bills. If a majority votes for the bill, the Speaker presents it to the Governor requesting a signature or a Veto. A veto can be overturned if 2/3 of the Council votes to do so.
6.   The Governor may also propose bills to the Council.
7.   The Council will be elected by preference system.
8.   The Governor has the power to propose propositions to the public.
9.   The Speaker of the Council shall assume the office of Lt. Governor if the elected Lt. Governor is absent or have taken a leave of office , but will still retain the office of Speaker. If the Governor and Lt. Governor are absent or have taken a leave of office, the Speaker assumes the role of acting Governor until a Special Election can take place, and in this case, the Speaker still assumes its role as Speaker.
