What are the chances the president is reelected and the house and senate makeup remains exactly the same?(exactly the same party ratio)

Pretty low. There's usually some changeover, especially in the house.

If you mean stays the exact same, that's pretty much impossible (NE/ME/ND sen almost certain change, redistricting, etc). But if you mean that they stay almost the same, I think that's actually the most likely outcome. The total change in power in the senate will probably be at most +-2 seats for each party, and -+10 in the house.
