They why is Obama heading to both states?

I guess he prefers to make sure he has +270 EVs in the bag than +240 in the bag and lots of toss-up (potentially AZ, MO, MT and SC) and slightly blue (red in the Atlas) states (WI, VA, IA, CO and OH).
