that are viable either for a statewide office or perhaps a national office? In my opinion, the women black and hispanic democrat candidates tend to do best when they don't make their identity a big deal in the campaign. Here are a few off the top of my head:

Gillibrand - could maybe run for president eventually depending on how her senate career goes
Deval Patrick - i'm not sure how popular he is in MA. If he's popular, he could run for president
Corey Booker - possible senate candidate when Lautenberg is done
Hansen Clarke - possible senate candidate when Levin retires
Xavier Becerra - possible candidate for governor down the road
Judy Chu - possible statewide candidate
Karen Bass - I could see her running statewide (probably for governor)
Henry Cuellar - if any texas dem could win statewide, its him
Sanford Bishop - he's getting too old to run for something else, but if any dem could elected statewide in GA, it might be him
