Perfectly said, Senator Nix!  At this time, impeachment would be the antithesis of solving this problem. Instead, we should all try to wrk with the President over the issues. Also, I had mentioned similar issues with the impeachment process in Senator Snowstalker's office. Perhaps you can be trusted to introduce an amendment to repair the issue?

2 and 4. This isn't serious enough to warrant impeachment.

I am disappointed in the president's attitude and conduct. He was much more engaged in the first term, which is why I endorsed and voted for him for a second term.

While I do regret that endorsement now, what the president has displayed is not worthy of impeachment. It would, as was suggested, trivialise the process, and set up a horrible precedent for the future.

And that came within one vote of happening. For comparison, lying about sex was much further away from happening. Being annoying is clearly much worse if the historical record is any guide. Wink

Wow, I just voted in this. I can't believe the majority want him impeached for acting like he's always acted.

Next time, perhaps, consider the character of the person you're voting for over whichever party they may be in. Listen to ideas. We all knew what kind of guy Napoleon was before he was elected. You even rejected Andrews for Co-Presidents. You all may as well accept he will be around until February. Should be fun. Tongue
