How would presidential/vp candidates running with the same first and last names campaign against each other (2030 election)? Would their yardsigns and apparal have to look distinctive?  What would they do to not make it confusing?

Example:

Republicans: Roger Zubrowski/ Julie Smith
Democrats: Roger Zubrowski/ Julie Smith

Well, right now we have Bob Baker 1 and Bob Baker 0 running for some CA city council, if I'm not mistaken.

There would just be an (R) or a (D) after the candidates name.

I believe that when P. T. Barnum ran for Congress, his opponent's last name was also Barnum.  Not the same first name, I don't think, and that certainly wasn't the case in Warner vs. Warner.

Plot twist: what if the R/D candidates had the same first/last names, and an independent with the same name launched a write-in campaign?
