Yeah, I'm going with you on this one. I know the "Nevada Legend" on these kinds of things, but Berkley's far from a likable winner of undecideds. I know that I were voting there, I'd be voting Obama and 3rd party. As long as the Dems hold the Senate anyway, I won't lose sleep over her never polluting the Senate floor.
