We really should have been much more trusting of the people of Massachusetts. Romney's total failure to poll decently in MA was a surefire sign of how people viewed his leadership. I mean, nobody expected him to win it, but even a small native son bounce isn't too much to ask if you were indeed a good governor and have respect from the people there.
