He apparently wants another two years, and so far, nobody is stepping up to the plate to replace him. http://www.politico.com/news/stories/1112/83666.html?hp=f1

He's an awful, partisan hack who hurt more than helped in the 2012 elections. Republicans should kick him out. But, as a Democrat, I wouldn't mind if you kept this incompetent man in.

By the way, here's a funny trick... take out all the vowels in "Reince Priebus," add in a couple spaces, and what do we get?

The man is a turnout/fundraiser. Election mechnics in a year when all of that failed the GOP. Fire him!

We need someone like Steele, someone who can offer a hand to the Paulites, welcome in the base/Tea Party, while still pushing his "hip-hop, urban-suburban" strategy. Namely expanding and then unifying the base, rebranding the party, etc etc. Only this time, someone who will also be competent with the money. Tongue

Hopefully he gets another term; I could get used to Democrats constantly winning. Tongue

I love how a previous poster calls the chair of a major party a "hack".......DUH, that's the job!

If he can continue to raise boatloads of cash, he's in.....if not, he's out.

Lol!  I always find that amusing.  That is the poor man's job.  Look at Steele.  In his last campaign his ads didn't even mention he was a Republican.  The he said all kinds of things as RNC chair.  Now he works at MSNBC.  I love people who can't see through the BS.  On a certain level it's just a game and you have to ignore some of what is said.  The people that bother me are the demagogues that rabble rouse just to sell books or promote a cable news program... but really the chairman/woman of the party?!  If not them then who?

Sometimes I want Steele back. More out of a kind of nostalgia than anything else, though.
