https://www.voterinfo.sbe.virginia.gov/election/Data/2012/68C30477-AAF2-46DD-994E-5D3BE8A89C9B/Unofficial/1_s.shtml

Only Fairfax Co. and Richmond City are missing precincts

But it is odd, since Magarity precinct (the missing one in Fairfax) is being reported here, and contributes to the total that matches the total at the link at the top (except for Obama's total being off by 5 votes):
http://www.fairfaxcounty.gov/elections/webreports/RESU1112.pdf

104,000+ votes added to the entire total of the state.
It pushes Obama to a 3.73% margin (up from the currently listed 3.05%).

By the way, remember when Virgil Goode was going to make a difference in VA:
Current Obama lead over Romney in VA: 143 336
Current vote total for Virgil Goode in VA: 13 246

Virginia is going to end up with a Democratic PVI for the first time in eons...in 2008 it was about 1 point more Republican than the rest of the country (O won by 7.2 and VA went to him by 6.3)

Another update needed:
Both sites match now:

http://electionresults.virginia.gov/resultsSW.aspx?type=PRE&map=CTY

Obama - 1,971,777 - 51.15%
Romney - 1,822,466 - 47.28%

O+3.87

First time since 1948 (voted for Truman by 8 when he won nationally by 3)

So Romney could have won the popular vote by 1% and still lost Colorado and Virginia? That's hilarious.
