Terry McAuliffe is such a moron for so many reasons.  When he was running for Virginia governor last time, he introduced Bill Clinton at a rally as the greatest president in history (granted he raised a lot of money for Clinton in the 90s, so he's sort of required to say that).  During the 2004 campaign, when he was DNC chairman, he referred to President Bush as "AWOL" and a "liar", and he encourage Democrat campaign workers to let the air out of Republicans' tires.  Mike Huckabee got in trouble in 2009 for joking about this during a speech as a McDonnell rally.
