During an 11 day stretch that begins on Saturday, we'll see as many as 7 prospective GOP 2016ers visit Iowa: Cruz, Rubio, Paul, Huckabee, Jindal, Santorum, and Perry:

http://www.desmoinesregister.com/story/news/politics/2014/08/04/republican-presidential-contenders-iowa/13561295/

That is very cool.  The map is great.  They give stats on how many events each candidate has done in Iowa and New Hamsphire during 2013-2014 (a single trip there could include multiple events), and the stats are:

Perry 22
O'Malley 17
Cruz 15
Paul 13
Santorum 12
Christie 10
Huckabee 6
Jindal 6
Rubio 5
Biden 3
Klobuchar 3
Ryan 3
Schweitzer 2
Walker 1

Doesn't look like they include everyone in their statistics though.  No #s for Bolton, Peter King, Sanders, etc.

In addition to making a lengthy trip to Iowa starting this weekend, Perry is headed to NH in late August.  He'll also be in South Carolina on Aug. 28th, while Paul and Rubio will be there on Aug. 25:

Perry has also just set up a PAC:

After Walsh dropped out of the Montana Senate race, there were some renewed calls for Schweitzer to enter the race.  Well, he's out:

Which means that he's still available to run for president, should he so desire.

Jindal spoke to a private evangelical dinner in IA.

Jindal got a warm reception in IA.
As did Cruz and Santorum.

Bob Dole is making another statewide tour through Kansas - he has had several in the past year. With signs indicating that the Kansas caucus may be more relevant in 2016 than in past elections, could this be a sign that Senator Dole is gearing up for one more run?

If he does, so does Bush Sr.

The good news for her is that, whether or not he runs for President, there won't be any media attention on either of them.
