Rubio: I'm ready to be POTUS, we have several qualified people, will decide after midterms. Took a few explicit shots at Hillary. Interview with the Union-Leader.

Note the use of "simultaneously".  That doesn't address the question of whether he might run for president, but drop out of the race and then run for Senate if the presidential run bogs down in the early primary states.

WaPo has a long article on Bush's family, and how they weigh heavily on his decision about whether to run.  Specifically, his wife Columba:

Meanwhile, here's a long list of the steps that various potential candidates have made so far towards a run:

His comment on "exit ramp if it doesn't work out?" Could be interpreted either way.

WaPo on Bush family deliberations.

Tampa Bay Times on Rubio's NH visit.

Jindal's pastoral session went well. Would be interesting, though not really surprising, if he filled the socon niche.

Also from that interview, he says that he thinks that the controversy will soon be a footnote:

Rubio says he might run for president even if Bush does as well:

http://thehill.com/blogs/ballot-box/presidential-races/205984-rubio-hints-at-2016-bid-even-if-bush-runs

Though he kind of has to say that.  What else is he going to say?  "No, my decision will be based on what some other guy decides."  Even if that's the truth, it's not something you might say out loud.

Uh….OK.  King might be a bit delusional here.

And finally, Santorum is the most active 2016er in terms of making endorsements in primaries:

Deval Patrick again says he might run for president some day, but not in 2016:

Though he does say that he's worried about the Clinton "inevitability":

The courting of Susana Martinez:

http://www.usnews.com/news/blogs/run-2016/2014/05/20/the-courting-of-susana-martinez

Jindal, Paul, Rubio, and Ryan will all attend a DC-area fundraiser for Martinez this week.  Christie will also do a campaign appearance with her in New Mexico on May 29th.
