Doesn't sound like he's running, based on that.  Or at least, not right away.  That idea that was floated some time ago, that he might serve as W&M Chairman for 6 months, and then jump into the presidential race in the summer of 2015 if there's a big opening, might be plausible.  Problem with that is if his good friend Scott Walker decides to run first.

Forgot where I read this, but the "Draft Ryan" scenario relies on Walker/Jeb/Christie fizzling or not running. Which is hardly implausible...
