Bolton, Cruz, Fiorina, Huckabee, and Santorum were already scheduled to attend Steve King's "Iowa Freedom Summit" on Jan. 24.  But looks like Carson and Gingrich will join them:

http://www.desmoinesregister.com/story/news/politics/2014/12/03/newt-gingrich-return-iowa/19851859/

Though Gingrich says it doesn't mean he's running.....though he nonetheless doesn't rule it out completely:

Meanwhile, while Bolton is attending that event in Iowa, and is by all accounts still considering his own presidential bid, it looks like he's nonetheless advising Jindal on foreign policy as well:

Christie says he won't announce his 2016 intentions until "well into next year":

In the same interview, Paul also talked up the idea of getting the Kentucky GOP to abandon the presidential primary in favor of a nominating convention (which would allow him to run in the primaries for both president and Senate at the same time):

If Santorum can get second place after losing a Senate election by 17 points, maybe Gilmore can get first place after losing a Senate election by 31 points.

Is she not allowed to run for president and give paid speeches at the same time?

She is allowed to do so, but it looks bad.  Doing paid speeches while running for office could be perceived as cashing in on your candidacy for $.  So it's widely expected that she'll stop doing them when/if she runs.
