Kamala Harris is one of the frontrunners to replace Ginsburg, which makes the running for president story even sillier.

Allen West

There's been an avalanche of glowing profiles on Gillibrand and how hard-working/influential she is in the last few days:

I've been saying for a while that the fact that Jeb Bush's two favorite issues seem to be the Republican base's two least favorite issues (amnesty and common core) makes him a complete non-starter. There's no way he'll be the nominee, even if he runs.

John Kasich doesn't seem to have any intention of winning a GOP primary:

Clinton folks thinking about where to locate her campaign HQ; probably Westchester at the moment, or possibly Queens or Brooklyn

Ryan Lizza seems to think the three most likely anti-Hillay's are O'Malley, Webb and Sanders

It's a great article as well, y'all should read it. Lizza's very good.

Is she not allowed to run for president and give paid speeches at the same time?

A Jeb vs. Mitt primary would be epic. And it would increase the chances of a crazy winning over a fractured field!
