They're listed separately.  It was someone who registered in Michigan.  Made me feel like I had my own fan club!

Where? I know for a fact that there is at least one write-in vote from Europe, which is not shown on the main results page.

The states listed the write-ins.  So, I guess I don't know the person was from Michigan, but at some point when they voted, they must have said they were.
