Second Midwest Constitution
Article II: The Election of the Governor
- The election of the Governor shall take place on the third weekend of the months of April, August and December on the Gregorian calendar. The election will begin on the Friday of that weekend, and will end one week later.
Clause II – The Governor-elect shall take the oath of office on the first Thursday following the Election.

The Midwest situation isn't any better.
The Regional Kommissær can't open ballot boxes, it's the Wizard Extraordinaire which can.

We still have to vote on one federal amendment, since nobody can open the box.
Asking the Wizard to resign wouldn't solve things, since there is no procedures to fill vacancies.
The Althing (legislature) can't do anything to fix that, since it can only introduce and debate legislation, it can only vote during the election periods, next one being in February.

If you are interested, the Office of the Regional Kommissær (me) is wanting to pay you to find loopoles to solve the current deadlock.
Didn't Ebowed give the power temporarily to open the boxes, just ask again for power until the emergency ends, then try to fix it, you can't win in an election that doesn't happen.
