I want to endorse all of them, and probably Mr. X, too.  If I'd known we'd be voting on a song I would've voted for the Battle Hymn.

Thank you, Clarence.

I'm assuming that you mean the Union version of "Battle Cry".  Smiley

And have we voted on color yet?

I'm also considering forming a caucus within the party.  Anybody interested?

Are we only voting for one Senate candidate in the primary?

[1]Spamage
[2]JCL
[3]Goldwater

Let me note that this is a very good slate of candidates and I would vote for any one of them.

Clarence, I'm sorry if I asked this already, but how am I supposed to figure out who's a member of the party?

I'm not registered in the IDS, but I am very much againat Ben Kenobi's recall, even if he supported secession.  I also just came back from voting for At-Large Senate and I encourage all of you who haven't yet voted to do so and make sure our party's candidates win!

http://simple.en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Orange-red#section_2

Check this out.  "Red Orange" (the Crayola color) has its hex code there, and so do a lot of other similar colors.  I still like red-orange, but I would be good with orange too.

I will be taking a whirl on a buddy's airboat this afternoon followed by a sunset luau on the beach (the hard life of a retiree...) so I will ask Vice Chairman PiT or Secretary Oldiesfreak to please close nominations for the party color after 24 hours (around 2pm) followed by opening a 24 hour vote...so we can keep things moving along
Do you mean 2PM today?

[ ] Burnt orange
[ ] Navy blue
[ ] Orange
[ ] Pumpkin
[X] Red-orange

I also propose we use orange-red or dark red as our color in Election Trackers.

Red-orange it is!

I now open the floor for nominations to amendments to the platform...I have my two above- is there a second for those two?
What platform?  Do you mean the by-laws?

And I also motion to create a new caucus, if that's what it takes to do it.  I nominate "Federalist Conservative Working Families" for the name.

I'm trying to update the wiki, but since there was already an Atlasian party known as the Federalist Party, how should I create the page for our party?

We definitely need to make some changes to the logo.  We also need to vote on a slogan.

I am considering seeking the Federalist nomination for President in the upcoming election.
You'd make a great candidate!

You'd have my support. I'd love to be your IDS regional campaign director Cathcon. Smiley
I'd be interested in serving as your Mideast campaign director as well, Cathcon.

I would like to hereby form the Conservative Working Families caucus for the more SoCon members of the party.  Any socially conservative Federalists are welcome to join.

I don't see anything seriously wrong with them.
