Under the Right to Recall Act of 2012, an immediate recall election shall be held by Emperor PiT once 11 citizens of the IDS have signed this petition.

I seek to recall Kenobi due to his attempt at secession from our most serene region and his disregard for Federal law and the Constitution. I thus sign,

X Bacon King

The same man who supported depriving 12 atlasian citizens of their right to vote is now attempting to remove their legally elected representative?

I merely supported the word of the law, as written, which has since been rectified by the legislature thanks to my case.

Here, I am simply exercising my right, legally enshrined by the IDS Constitution, of initiating a recall against an elected official.

Besides, why are you still serving as an IDS legislator, if you no longer claim to be part of the region? Tongue

Well, if anyone's guilty of treason here, it is seatown for his attempt to disenfranchise other people. He might want to be careful about signing other people's treason documents.

The Texas legislature isn't in session yet. Smiley I am waiting on the third member to open up proceedings. Legally I am still the IDS representative for the at large seat 2, until time of my election.

I don't believe that the use of one's right to seek a fair trial, regardless of the topic, can ever be considered treason.

But an IDS Representative has to reside within the boundaries of the IDS, something which you currently do not claim to do.

The Supreme Court challenge was within bounds of law.

Are you arguing that Texas is, legally, at present, no longer part of the IDS?

Not at all; it is Constitutionally enshrined as part of the IDS, which your movement seems to conveniently ignore. I'm simply stating the apparent hypocrisy that you've claimed your state is no longer a part of the IDS yet you still serve in the IDS's legislature.

Then, given that the region of Texas does not, at present, legally exist, I am still the elected representative for the second at large seat for the IDS.

Indeed, you could not properly initiate these proceedings were this not so.

He's not saying otherwise.  He's merely saying it's ironic for you to still call yourself an IDS legislator after having claimed to have seceded from the region.
