Wouldn't it have to be Barack Obama III if he's President Obama's grandson?  After all, President Obama is already Barack Obama Jr., and he hasn't had a son, otherwise he could have been Barack III.

Although this is way too far down the road, I'm going to just say that whoever is the winner of that election is likely either a fetus or a baby crying in a stroller right now.

Its only 36 years from now. Malia herself would be far more likely to run. Actually she should give birth to that son next year if he should even be eligible to run in 2048 and she is still a child!
