Major FF.

Remember, this guy has been the earmarkiest Senator since Ted Stevens left and he publically opposed (and ran against!) Trent Lott in his 1996 GOP leadership bid--what's not to like?

I think it's very possible that Cochran and Lott may have had the worst working relationship of any two GOP Senators to serve alongside one another--that is, representing the same state--in recent memory.

That's prob true. Even Santorum, and Specter got along decently, I believe.

Santorum stood alongside Specter as he declared his 1996 presidential campaign, and even silently clapped when Specter promised to defend a womans right to choose. Ironic.

Lean HP, but at least he didn't go along with Trent Lott, who is of course an HP.

HP for all the federal funds he funneled out that could've been used to improve the decent states instead.

I disagree with this statement. I may have my problems with Mississippi, but they are a "decent" state too. I oppose all pork barrel spending, but I'm just saying that your statement is ridiculously  harsh.

If he hates Trent Lott, he can't be that bad. So kind of FFish (especially if you're a Mississippian.
