As judged by the MPs themselves...

Female: Minister of State Michelle Rempel (Conservative-Alberta)

Health Minister Rona Ambrose (Conservative-Alberta)

Male:

Liberal Leader Justin Trudeau

Minister of State Max Bernier

I exclude Peter MacKay because he's balding at lightning speed, but he was voted Sexiest Male MP 10 times.

Not politicians, but candidates for the same race. IL-13 has two beautiful ladies trying to knock off hack Rodney Davis from opposite sides.

For the Democrats, Judge Ann Callis:

And on the Republican side, Miss America Erika Harold:

Look here:

More (young) women and MPs with migration background will be in the next parliament after the new MPs are sworn in on Oct. 29

About 1/3 of all 183 MPs will be new on Oct. 29.

A few of the new (young) women and MPs with migration background:

Kathrin Nachbaur (future Team Stronach parliamentary club leader and Frank's "right hand")

Petra Steger (FPÖ, daughter of former Austrian FPÖ-leader Norbert Steger, who was defeated by Jörg Haider in the mid-80s in a spectacular coup that led to the rise of Haider)

Katharina Kucharowits (SPÖ)

Eva-Maria Himmelbauer (ÖVP)

Sigrid Maurer (Greens, was already Austrian National Student Union President before)

Beate Meinl-Reisinger (NEOS)

...

With migration background:

Asdin El Habbassi  (ÖVP, first Muslim in a Christian Democratic Party, of Moroccan origin) and Martina Jöbstl, the youngest state parliament MP in Austria from Salzburg

Nurten Yilmaz (SPÖ, of Turkish origin)

Aygül Berivan Aslan (Greens, of Turkish-Kurdish origin)

Plus, while not a real officeholder she's still one of the key NEOS people, Claudia Gamon:

Even though he's dreadful, our Ohio Secretary of State, Jon A. Husted (R), is pretty hot. Also Ed FitzGerald, Mark Kirk (pre-2012), and David Gregory are up there to.

Out of the ugliest, Illinois Lt. Governor Sheila Simon, Hamilton County Commissioner Todd Portune, and Ohio House Speaker William Batchelder are worth mentioning. Simon is just.....wow, Portune reminds me of a gopher and Batchelder looks like a version of Kim Il Sung gone horribly wrong.

Pam Bondi's my personal favorite. Florida AG.

I'm a fan of Cheri Bustos too. (IL-17)

Beau Biden's fairly attractive.

For my state, State Rep Marilinda Garcia's bar none the best-looking.

For ugliest overall I'd have to second Matt on Foxx.

Frank Guinta (old NH-1 guy) isn't exactly a looker though.

I raise you my archnemesis (at least until I get involved in an FL-18 campaign) Congresswoman Lois Frankel.

.......ok, so DeLauro wins. In fact, Frankel doesn't look bad at all compared to most of the other selections deemed "ugly."

Sigrid Maurer (Greens, was already Austrian National Student Union President before)

Austria wins.
