I'm advocating stricter gun laws in conjunction with drug legalization and the end of the persecution of minorities (loitering laws, petty crimes, truancy, pervasive discrimination) through which means we can organically reduce the vectors for crime in black and other inner city communities. The victims of the Newtown shooting weren't all black (although, had two nephews of mine not changed schools, they could have been shot- their teacher was), but black Americans remain disproportionately affected by the gun epidemic.

We need a War on Guns, not a War on Drugs.

Discrimination must die. We may have a legitimate purpose in enforcing truancy laws that ensure that kids go to school rather than waste their lives at video arcades.

We may see the permissive laws on  firearms changed only with unintended consequences. It is likely that proportionately more blacks and Hispanics get busted for violations of new gun laws as is the case with drug laws now enforced (more black and Hispanic lives will be saved, which is more than adequate compensation). Some states may allow the confiscation of firearms after adjudication in domestic disputes, resulting in fewer domestic disputes resulting in gunfire.

http://fox6now.com/2013/03/12/marine-with-concealed-carry-permit-stops-man-from-beating-woman/

A Marine Corps veteran was able to stop a man early Tuesday, March 12th from nearly kicking a woman to death. It happened near 102nd and Lincoln, and Wisconsin’s concealed carry law made his efforts possible.

Liberals of course openly favor this man's war on women.

Concealed-carry laws are not within the attention of current reforms against reckless distribution of firearms. Getting a concealed-carry license is itself a rigorous process.

Criminals legitimately fear concealed-carry laws.
