The ultimate matchup of the pro-war vs. the (then) anti-war in a climactic showdown. What's the map look like? Any notable changes? Any cool yet unexpected switches in the farm belt or the North-East? I was considering Chafee as 'Bama's running mate, but the choice of him would've been meaningless since he was practically a Democrat anyway. As far as I know, both tickets would've been made up of personal friends.
