O'Reilly and Limbaugh are idiots, but they're the would-have-no-idea-what-they're-doing kind of idiots; Krugman and Stiglitz are the dangerous kind.

Textbook Keynesian economics is dangerous?

Yes...

Dear God. If forced to choose between these two I'd vote for O'Reilly, and then vomit.

I'm guessing Krugman would beat O'Reilly in a two-way race; in the real world, a third candidate would likely enter the race and crush them both.

I would pick the educated (and usually right) economists over the blowhard (and invariably wrong) pundits.

Two Ivy League economists versus an Ivy League political commentator and a blowhard. What could go wrong?
