Sorry Governor I forgot to update the now amended bill.

However it looks like we indeed do have another amendment ready to be voted on and to me personally it does sound like a good idea so I will now introduce it and open the vote for it.

It seems a little silly that this is done by employees considering that say a recycling plant may only have say 500 employees but produces 50x the emission of say a tech company with 3500 employees.

If you don't like it send your own version to a Councillor to propose, just don't whine about it without taking any action.
