Approve of all except one.  Mr. Vacancy hasn't done anything to address the wiki situation, from my knowledge.

EDIT: I probably should have voted 'disapprove' for Shua, but I'm glad he stepped down instead of just staying in his position and not fulfilling his duties... but unfortunately, that was kind of a problem, too...

I really can't in good conscience approve of anyone here except Nathan, Homely, and Gustaf.

With a cabinet full of inactivity and incompetence, Marokai thinks the best solution is to abolish the one office that is now functioning somewhat (Edit: It is difficult to do any cabinet job well if the other aren't just as active thus creating a "team of active and competent bureaucrats" to drive the gov't and game).
