I actually was always kinda husky ('lost about 30-40 lbs in 2011).

Yeah, seriously, wow. Did it take a huge lifestyle change? I wouldn't mind dropping 20 pounds, but I don't know how much I'm really into going to the gym and whatnot. I'm thinking I'll just watch what I eat and try to take an hour-long walk every night.

Thanks! Well, I've been going to the gym for about the last 6 years, but I really stepped it up in 2011. I usually go for 1.5-2 hours and do 6-8 miles a night between the track and the cardio machines (not to sound braggy). What hurts me is that I still have a notoriously junky diet. Who knows how much I could have lost if I ate right!
