I'm not fond of all the snow we're getting now, but now it's the perfect weather for hoodies! I hate it when it's too cold to snow and you have to wear a bulky jacket (I wear my hoodie underneath still) but when it gets too hot to wear a hoodie (though I always wear a hoodie to work since when it's really hot outside they turn the AC WAY up inside.) Not being able to wear a hoodie is the worst.

You mean a crew-neck or a hoodie?  Because - after all most crew necks are not very comfortable and don't look that good - you'd be better off with sweaters.
