Okay this write in thing is bothering me.  In some states Dave is counting ALL write ins whether it was a certified candidate or not.  In others he's only counting certified ones.  In other states no write ins are counted yet.  I feel like it should be uniform.

I'm still not sure if I should count Obama at 50.01 or 49.91 in Florida!

49.91 is the one used by most sources, because 50.01 does not count some write-in votes from Florida, which were not certified, but if it was written in and was not thrown out, shouldn't the vote count?

49.91 is the one used by most sources, because
more people look it up on here than on the official state website.

Dave is trying to count ALL write ins and be uniform, even though in many states that basically means ignoring the state law. Such as Florida - the "correct" (insofar as one choice on this question can be correct) choice is no doubt 50.01%.
In some of the states where that is the case - though not Florida - the data he wants is actually not readily available, hence why the presentation is not uniform yet. Give it some more months still.

Well I certain he has the correct results on the write-in votes from South Carolina. Grin South Carolina doesn't allow for write-in votes for Electors.

SC, MS, LA, AR, OK, NM, SD and HI  are nice and easy. More states should be like that
