Yes, especialyl cosnidering that person who originally wrote the original text of the bill is now not only not a Senate anymore, but is also dead. So it has outlived my old computer and its own sponsor.

I should have renamed this the Simfan Memorial Education Act, though it looks nothing like what he originally proposed back in December.
