Section 1 DATE

The Constitutional Convention will start January 22nd, 2013, Pacific Time, and will be held in San Francisco, California, and the thread will be on the Fantasy Elections board. It shall end when the Delegates approve a final version of the text, which will be sent out to the public to vote on ratification the next day, by an election administered by the Governing officer.

Section 2 DELEGATES

The Governor of the Pacific Region will be a delegate and will Chair the Convention. He will choose five other delegates and the Council will subsequently vote AYE, NAY, or abstain on the Delegate-designates, before the deadline.
